Polish Energy Market Conference 2023

As a consequence of the ongoing war in Ukraine, as with the rest of Europe, Poland has faced a number of challenges related to reduced fuel and gas supplies to the EU and rising energy prices. The energy transition therefore appears today not only as the EU's move towards a zero-carbon economy, but also as the only option to guarantee energy security in our region. For the move to be successful, an appropriate legal environment for companies involved in the renewable energy sector will have to be ensured.

During the Polish Energy Market Conference 2023, Rafał Hajduk, Partner and Head of the Energy Law Team, will talk about the legal environment that awaits energy trading companies. In his talk, Rafał will focus, among other things, on the impact of compensation for electricity price increases on the energy market in Poland.
