Global Industrial Cooperation Association (GICA) Autumn Conference

The annual Global Industrial Cooperation Association (GICA) Autumn Conference will be held on October 10-13 in Seoul, South Korea. The event brings together government authorities and companies from the defense sector to connect, share best practices, policy updates, success stories, and lessons learned in creating and implementing Industrial Cooperation & Partnership programs that deliver sustainable economic and social benefits to the countries where they are established.

During the conference, Tomasz Darowski, Partner and Head of the defence and space industry team, will present the topic: “Strategic defense and industrial cooperation between Poland and South Korea - a legal point of view”.  He will discuss the following matters:

• free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Korea,
• European law aspects,
• Polish law aspects.
