Opportunities and threats for Chinese contractors

Together with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), we are pleased to invite you to a business seminar on "Public procurement in Poland - Opportunities and threats for Chinese contractors", to be held on 12 September at 14:00-16:00 at CCPIT's offices at 18 Królewska St. (VIII floor). The meeting will be run by experts in DZP's Public Procurement Team: Katarzyna Kuźma, Partner and Dr Wojciech Hartung, Counsel.

The seminar will be devoted to issues relating to Chinese entrepreneurs' participation in the Polish public procurement market, with special focus on:

• solutions enabling potential restrictions to market access to be avoided,
• optimum forms for participating in procedures, including issues relating to consortia and subcontracting,
• grounds for exclusion and the new "self-cleaning” procedure.

In the second part of the meeting, DZP's experts will discuss practical aspects of competing in contract award procedures and common errors made at the application/bid submission stage.

The meeting is free of charge. The meeting will be conducted in English.
