Tadeusz Piątek joins IP&TMT Practice

We are pleased to inform you that on 7 January 2013 Tadeusz Piątek, counsel and attorney-at-law, joined the DZP team. Tadeusz is an expert in telecommunications, media and intellectual property law and a specialist in arbitration. He is on the list of recommended arbitrators of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the London Court of International Arbitration.

Tadeusz was a member of the Telecommunications Practice in White & Case's Warsaw office for seven years. Prior to this, he was director of the Legal Department at the Office of Telecommunications and Post Regulation (2002-2005). He also worked at renowned international law firms (1993-2002), and as a legal advisor in Elektrim S.A. (1985-1992).

Tadeusz graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Silesia in Katowice, which he followed with a Post-Graduate Course in Industrial Property at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
