DZP - M&A leader in Poland

Mergermarket has just published its annual league tables showing the activity of law firms on the mergers and acquisitions market in 2015. Our experts advised on around 20 projects of a deal value of over USD 5 million (lower value transactions were not included), thanks to which we took 1st place in the Poland table. The total value of transactions finalised gave us 3rd place in the league table.

The experience and involvement of our lawyers was also noted on a European scale - for the first time our law firm appears in the Central and Eastern Europe regional ranking. We took 4th place by number of transactions and 9th place by transaction value.
