Katarzyna Kuźma co-founds Public Procurement Law Association

On 3 February 2017, the Public Procurement Law Association was founded. One of the founding members of the PPL Association is Katarzyna Kuźma, Partner in DZP’s Infrastructure & Energy Practice and head of the public procurement team. Ms Kuźma became Vice President of the Association.

The Association’s mission is to exchange and disseminate knowledge about public procurement law (also PPP and concession issues), including learning from best international models and promoting professional ethics among persons dealing with this area of the law. The Association is also to be a platform that allows the legal environment to play an active part in the public debate over the public procurement system and the practice of applying the relevant provisions.

As soon as it is registered, the Association’s authorities will take steps to recruit new members, i.e. prominent lawyers whose grounded knowledge and experience will help create solutions favourable for all participants in the public procurement market in Poland.
