Environmental experts recognised in World Bank report

In the World Bank report "Enabling the Business of Agriculture 2017", our Infrastructure and Energy Practice lawyers were named Local Experts on water law and its impact on the agricultural sector.

Daniel Chojnacki, Counsel, Tymon Grabarczyk, Associate and Maciej Białek, Associate were named experts in an extensive analysis prepared for the World Bank of the organisation of the water management system in Poland and of the functioning of water companies and procedures to obtain, transfer and perform water permits.

"Enabling the Business of Agriculture" is published every year by the World Bank. It describes the legal regime and includes a multi-faceted review of legislation in 62 countries, particularly on sustainable water and transport management.
