Changes to public procurement – management staff perspective

We are pleased to invite you to a seminar on "Changes to public procurement - management staff perspective" which will be held on the 4th of October. The seminar will be led by Wojciech Hartung, public procurement expert from our law firm. The meeting is for the foreign board members and executives of the companies that participate in the public procurement in Poland. The seminar will also provide an opportunity for discussion and to forge new business contacts.

During the seminar Wojciech Hartung will highlight two topics:

• Key changes in the Public Procurement Law from the point of view of procurement participation strategy
• Violations in public procurement procedures and their consequences for the company and for the management staff.
