The Law Firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka in co-operation with a Wolters Kluwer business publishing house has prepared and published an English version of the Code of Commercial Companies.
This third English edition incorporates the amendments introduced to the Code last year.
Working on a daily basis with translations of foreign legal documents and serving foreign clients, we know just how important good translations of documents and legal provisions are to businesses.
