Success of Joanna Wierzejska and the Tax Practice in Rzeczpospolita daily’s 14th Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms 2020  

We are pleased to announce that Joanna Wierzejska, Partner, Co-Head of DZP’s Tax Practice, received the title of “The Leader in Transaction Advice” in the 14^th Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms  2020 held by Rzeczpospolita daily. Our firm was also awarded for two court cases: in the “ground-breaking rulings of administrative courts” category for the precedential judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court regarding the deduction of expenses incurred for the acquisition of shares in a related company, which were subsequently sold at a loss, and in the “other judgments recognised by the jury” category, in the field of “PIT, substantive law and procedural law” regarding the application of the tax avoidance clause.
