Dr Anna Hlebicka-Józefowicz awarded in Rising Stars 2020 competition

On 15 December 2020 the Final Gala of the 9th edition of Rising Stars contest, organized by Wolters Kluwer Polska took place.

The Rising Stars competition recognises young lawyers who are distinguished by their expertise, work for the rule of law and society and their creativity and use of new technologies.

We are happy to announce that Dr Anna Hlebicka-Józefowicz took 2nd place in this year’s competition.

Anna is an expert in constitutional and EU law, and also administrative law and public economic law. She defended her doctoral dissertation on constitutional law. She prepares regulatory action strategies, advises during legislative work, drafts positions and comments on draft legislation, legal opinions and regulatory reports assessing whether laws are legislatively correct and comply with the Polish Constitution and EU law.
