Another success for Joanna Wierzejska and the Tax Practice in Rzeczpospolita’s 15th Tax Advisory Firms Ranking

We are pleased to announce that, in Rzeczpospolita's 15th Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms, Joanna Wierzejska, Co-Head of the Tax Practice, has been named "Leader in Transaction Advice" for the third time in a row. "We would like to thank our clients who entrust us with their matters," says Joanna Wierzejska.

DZP also received an award in the "Breakthrough Administrative Court Judgments" category for three precedent-setting Supreme Administrative Court judgments (I FSK 323/18; I FSK 970/18; I FSK 1703/19) concerning the taxation of intra-Community supplies of goods at the 0% VAT rate. "We are pleased that our effectiveness in disputes with the tax authorities has once again been acknowledged by the Ranking Jury," said Artur Nowak, Co-Head of the Tax Practice.

The ranking honours the best law and tax advisory firms, as well as the most experienced specialists in particular fields of tax law, who received individual awards.
