DZP again on top in M&A transaction advice according to Mergermarket

The Mergermarket report summarises law firms' performance in M&A transactions in the first quarter of this year. Our law firm is back on top in Poland.

DZP also took tenth place in terms of the number of transactions carried out in the Central and Eastern European region.

Our positions in the ranking are the result of successful deliver of, e.g.:

• advice to EnerCap Power Funds on the sale of a 22 MW wind farm to Green Investment Group
• advice on a share exchange between W.EG Polska and Kaczmarek Electric
• advice to Getin Holding on the sale of Idea Bank in Belarus
• advice to Sulimar on a shareholder’s exit from the company and financing the process
