Aleksandra Auleytner – arbitrator for cultural and creative market affairs at the Lewiatan Confederation Court of Arbitration

We are pleased to announce that, by way of a decision of the CALC Arbitration Committee, Aleksandra Auleytner, Partner and Head of the IP&TMT Practice, has joined the group of recommended arbitrators for cultural and creative market affairs at CALC.

The CALC is an institution with international and regional standing for the speedy resolution of property and corporate disputes. Operating since 2005, it helps undertakings to obtain speedy judgments resolving disputes and reducing business costs.

Aleksandra specialises in issues involving intangible property rights. She is an expert in copyright law, industrial property law and the law on new technologies and e-commerce.
