Partner promotions at DZP 2024

This year, the following people have joined the ranks of DZP's Partners: Beata Cieszyńska, Anna Okła-Woźniak, Jarosław Przybylski, Krzysztof Stecyk and Maciej Zajda.

Beata Cieszyńska, an attorney-at-law in the Infrastructure & Energy Practice, she specialises in infrastructure investments, contracts for their implementation and investment disputes. She advises on projects mainly in the road, rail, waste management and energy sectors. She also has extensive experience in providing services to companies in the armaments industry, with special focus on regulatory aspects.

Anna Okła-Woźniak, an attorney-at-law in the Real Estate Practice, she handles real estate sale/purchase, lease and rental transactions and advises clients on the implementation of investment projects, including civil and administrative law aspects of the investment process, with special focus on construction law issues. She has many years' experience in the implementation of development projects, including residential projects and those related to logistics centres.

Jarosław Przybylski, an attorney-at-law in the Corporate and M&A Practice, he advises private investors, entrepreneurs and their families on business development, including the optimisation of legal structures. He also supports commercial companies on corporate aspects of their operations, commercial contracts and M&A transactions. He usually works with companies in the automotive, FMCG, agricultural and energy sectors.

Krzysztof Stecyk, an attorney-at-law in the Dispute Resolution Practice, he represents clients in ordinary and arbitration courts. He has longstanding experience in contract and corporate law. He particularly advises clients in the construction, banking, finance and insurance sectors. He is also involved in the assessment of model construction contracts developed by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).

Maciej Zajda, advocate in the Capital Markets & Financial Institutions Practice who specialises in the law on capital markets and the trading in financial instruments as well as in regulatory advice to investment companies. He leads M&A projects, particularly involving public companies, technology companies and financial institutions. He coordinates services for the venture capital sector, and in the DZP | Future project he is involved in the development of the startup environment and the innovation sector through, among other things, mentoring and supporting fundraising.
