DZP, with 22 M&A deals, among the leaders of the Mergermarket 2024 ranking.

Mergermarket has published a global and regional ranking of law firms advising on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions in 2024.

DZP's experts advised on 18 transactions meeting the criteria for Poland, thus ranking high in 5th place and maintaining 16th place in the ranking for the CEE market. 22 transactions for which DZP was involved were qualified for the global list.

We have already written about most of the transactions qualified for the ranking on our pages. It was a very intensive year, so we are all the more pleased that so many clients trusted us with their affairs. Thanks to this, we did not slow down and were able to complete even more projects together with them than in previous years.
