Katarzyna Kuzma, head of the public procurement team, will take part in a panel on landmark CJEU judgments on public procurement at the international procurement conference.

Public procurement and competition law will be the main topics of the International Public Procurement Conference, to be held on 15 January in Budapest.

The event will be attended by international and national experts – representatives of academia, public procurement practitioners and representatives of state institutions. They will discuss topics such as:

  • competition, public procurement in the context of SMEs,
  • the impact of artificial intelligence on public procurement,
  • landmark judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Katarzyna Kuźma, Partner and head of the public procurement team at DZP, will take part in a panel discussion on CJEU judgments that have a significant impact on the public procurement market. The panel will be moderated by Dr Gabriella Fribiczer, Chief Public Procurement Expert at the Integrity Authority.

Panellists will include experts such as Professor Martin Trybus, Dean of the Birmingham Law School at the University of Birmingham and Professor of European Law and Policy, and Dr Márta Várhomoki-Molnár, Director of the Department of Public Procurement Regulatory Department at the Hungarian Ministry of Public Administration and Regional Development.
