Energy sector advisory – a new Partner

We have the pleasure of informing you that, in line with our firm’s development strategy and to meet our clients’ expectations, DZP has expanded its Energy Advisory Team. On 2 August Paweł Grzejszczak joined our law firm as a Partner.

Paweł Grzejszczak specializes in a regulatory advisory to both Polish and foreign clients operating in, e.g. the power, fuel, and gas sectors. He has been involved in numerous privatization projects and has participated in major M&A transactions. Between 2005 and 2010 he was a partner in Squire Sanders and DLA Piper.

We are also pleased to welcome other members of Paweł Grzejszczak’s team: Katarzyna Radzewicz, Attorney-at-law (Senior Associate), Agata Bator (Senior Associate) and Katarzyna Obrycka (Junior Associate), to the DZP Energy Advisory Team.
