The total value of the public procurement market in Poland is estimated at PLN 230 billion, with approx. PLN 140 billion being spent under procedures provided for in the Public Procurement Law (PPL). A large part of the investments made is subsidised with EU funds – Poland is the beneficiary of more than EUR 82 billion in the EU perspective for 2014-2020. A significant factor for the public procurement market is that Poland is in a period of development, which is directly due to the fact that many investments that are key for the national economy will be performed over the next few years.
