Coordinates and carries out due diligences and vendor due diligences for companies in various sectors, including the energy sector, covering legal title to real estate, construction processes, and corporate and contractual issues.
Has experience in negotiating investment agreements and other commercial agreements.
Represents clients in administrative proceedings related to the implementation of investment projects.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
