Specializes in the development of effective dispute resolution strategies in all taxes and tax issues, with particular emphasis on CIT and PIT optimization cases, including on the basis of the provisions on the anti-avoidance clause (GAAR) and in the field of international taxes (WHT), VAT cases (in including carousel), excise duty and real estate tax.
Acts as a taxpayers' attorney, before provincial administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Constitutional Tribunal as well as the European Commission.
Has over twenty-five years of experience in consulting gained, among others, in leading international consulting companies and in his own law firm.
Author of numerous publications, including books, in the field of tax proceedings and procedures and tax law.
Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars on disputes with the tax administration.
Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
