Specialises in advising public companies and issuers.
Advises on business law, with special focus on capital markets and ESG law.
Advises brokerage houses, investment funds, banks and payment institutions on the preparation of private and public share offerings, bond issues and incentive programmes, and also provides day-to-day advice on the fulfilment of disclosure obligations by issuers, members of their bodies and shareholders.
Has experience in compliance matters.
Represents clients before courts and administrative authorities, particularly the Financial Supervision Authority.
Graduate of the Center for American Law Studies of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration.
Doctor of Law, Assistant Professor at the Chair of Administrative Law and Procedure at Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
