Specialises in financial, real estate, corporate (M&A) and public procurement law, and in legal aspects of infrastructure projects (focusing particularly on construction and spatial planning law).
Advises in negotiations of investment agreements relating to commercial financing, including real estate financing, and in refinancing and lease-back transactions. Also supports clients in negotiating legal aspects of syndicated loans, club deals and other types of financing.
Advises on M&A transactions.
Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at A. Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Also completed courses on management and finance at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Co-author of a commentary on the Construction Law published by C.H. Beck in a series of so-called compact commentaries, and speaker at conferences on investment financing and refinancing, focusing particularly on problems involving construction law and spatial planning and development.
