- Has many years' experience in labour law, social security and litigation.
- Advises domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law and labour disputes.
- Specialises in employment restructuring, including employee transfers, outsourcing and collective redundancies.
- Has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating individual employment contracts and management contracts, difficult dismissals of senior management and protected employees, and drafting internal regulations and other employment-related documentation.
- Represents clients before ordinary courts and arbitration courts in disputes involving labour law and civil law.
- Experienced in transaction advice, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring projects. Takes part in the preparation of due diligence reports with particular focus on employee issues and in the creation of employment structures for executives.
