Acting on BGK's behalf, DZP's lawyers have notified the Public Prosecutor's Office of irregularities in connection with the Bank's foundation activities between 2018 and 2023. The initiation of the criminal proceedings was preceded by a months-long audit, conducted by a multidisciplinary team of DZP lawyers.
