  • Specialises in advising on commercial law, particularly on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint venture projects.
  • Has extensive experience in negotiating investment agreements and other commercial contracts. Supports clients in due diligence and vendor due diligence reviews.
  • Is responsible for coordinating the work of interdisciplinary teams of lawyers who conduct due diligence reviews and for comprehensive transaction project management.
  • Advises Polish and foreign clients in the process of setting up and running their businesses by proposing and implementing solutions to optimise their legal structure. He also advises on the day-to-day operation of companies and their bodies.
  • Has carried out dozens of diverse restructuring processes of domestic and international capital groups, including transformations, mergers, demergers and liquidations of companies.
  • Advises clients in the IT, construction, medical, food and FMCG and financial sectors.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
