Advises clients on all aspects of public procurement law and advises both contractors and contracting authorities at all stages of the procurement process.
Represents clients before the National Appeal Chamber and in appeal proceedings before the public procurement court and in other cases pending before courts of law.
Supports contracting authorities as an expert witness and specialist in public procurement for tender committees.
Also advises on civil and business law.
Has extensive experience in advising clients in, e.g. IT/TMT, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors.
His professional interests particularly include IT, new technologies, media and telecommunications.
Lecturer in postgraduate courses on public procurement at the Institute of Law Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Chairman of the Public Procurement Committee at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
His work at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications has involved cooperating with the Public Procurement Office in legislative work on the new Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019 and in developing good practices in the area of procurement, e.g. recommendations for the procurement of computer systems.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
