- He is an English solicitor with extensive experience in commercial law, M&A and financing. His corporate experience includes among others advising on privatisations, mergers and acqusitions, international joint ventures - both for public and private sector.
- Has worked with international law firms for over 30 years - before joining DZP, he worked at Clifford Chance (where, among other things, he was founder partner of offices in Warsaw, Prague and Budapest), Simmons & Simmons, Gowlings (now Gowling WLG) and Watson Farley & Williams.
- His projects experience includes transactions in energy sector (power, oil & gas, water, mining and infrastructure), financial services and telecommunications.
- Has been distinguished in international rankings by both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 and was named one of the "Hot 100" by The Lawyer 2011.
- Admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales - Law Society of England and Wales.

David Shasha, abogado inglés (solicitor) con una gran experiencia profesional en materia de derecho societario, fusiones, adquisiciones y financiación, se incorpora al equipo de nuestro despacho. David trabajará en Londres, donde se dedicará a la coordinación de la colaboración de DZP con bufetes, instituciones financieras y otras empresas del Reino Unido. También apoyará a DZP en el asesoramiento tanto para clientes polacos como extranjeros.
