Specialisations include issues relating to the protection of children's privacy, the use of personal data in cross-border processes, risk analysis and the impact of new technologies on personal data protection.
Has practical experience in the position of Data Protection Officer in companies operating in various sectors of the economy, including the automotive, financial, media, property development, healthcare, FMCG, and e-commerce sectors, and in the protection of persons and property and the cash-in-transit sector.
Also advises business entities on commercial and civil law, preparing, among other things, due diligence analyses for the purpose of capital transactions.
Gained his experience in Warsaw-based law firms and as a company in-house lawyer.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
