  • Specialises in civil and commercial law. Advises both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, including projects with the participation of private equity funds.
  • Has extensive experience in carrying out due diligences of companies in various sectors of the economy (e.g. IT, construction, pharmaceutical).
  • Supports clients in the restructuring of corporate groups, including mergers, demergers, conversions, company formations and liquidations.
  • Provides day-to-day advice to companies, e.g. preparing corporate documents, providing advice on corporate governance and drafting agreements concluded during the company's operations.
  • Advises family businesses in succession planning projects (including the creation and management of family foundations).
  • Graduate of the University of Warsaw's Law and Administration Faculty and the Warsaw School of Economics.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
