- Specialises in advising on capital market law, trading in financial instruments and commercial law
- Advises investment funds, TFIs, depositories and investment firms, and also distributors of investment fund units and entities managing securitised debt portfolios
- Supports Polish and foreign investors in setting up Luxembourg investment funds (Seed Capital/VC/PE)
- Advises issuers, investors and offerors on issues of debt securities
- Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to obtain approvals, licences and notifications for cross-border activity within the territory of the EU
- As compliance officer of an independent financial institution, he was responsible for ensuring that the entity operated in compliance with the provisions of broadly understood capital market law
- Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
