- Specialises in litigation and arbitration and in civil and commercial law.
- Provides legal assistance particularly to clients in the construction, banking and finance, and IT sectors.
- Represents clients before ordinary and arbitration courts, e.g. in construction disputes, cases concerning settlements at the end of bank agency agreements, corporate disputes between company shareholders and post-transaction disputes involving liability for breach of representations and warranties.
- Also has extensive experience in handling cases involving the liability of a bank as an investment fund depositary, the settlement of currency option transactions, and mortgages indexed to the Swiss franc and with variable interest rates based on WIBOR.
- Participates in national and international arbitration proceedings conducted under the UNCITRAL rules and the regulations of the arbitration courts at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Lewiatan Confederation in Warsaw.

A mediados de mayo, en un caso iniciado a raíz de la solicitud de medidas cautelares interpuesta por un subcontratista, el Tribunal Provincial de Varsovia dictó una resolución contra un cliente de DZP de que no tenía derecho a exigir al banco el pago del aval de buena ejecución del contrato.
